Look what I have done to myself.  My back was ratched, so I put a hot water bottle on it, even though it’s a zillion degress, because heat helps the soreness.  Except today I applied a bit too much heat, and now I have burns and a blister on my back.  You’d think I’d notice this happening, but no.  Everyone has a skill, and hurting myself in stupid and improbable ways is mine. My mother was griping at me about how stupid this was.  Trust me, I know.
